Our minimum stay is 1 night. All rates, terms, and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
Payment
Individual Bookings
30% deposit of the full invoice amount should be received within 10 days to secure the booking.

Full payment of the invoice amount must be received at least 30 days before arrival
Group Bookings
20% deposit of the full invoice amount is necessary and should be received within 10 days to secure the booking.
30% deposit of the full invoice amount must be paid 90 days before arrival
or full payment of the invoice amount for bookings made less than 60 days before arrival
Full payment of the invoice amount must be received at least 60 days before arrival
Failure to comply with these payment terms may result in the cancellation of your booking without notice. Applicable cancellation fees will apply.
All rates are quoted in Euros or IDR. The exchange rate used will be the rate on the date the invoice is issued. We will require a deduction of the bank fee for a transfer in case there is a refund, Bank fees must be paid by the payer. Unused services are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Payments can be made via bank transfer in EUR or IDR. Bank details will be provided with your invoice. Please ensure all payment details are entered correctly and send a payment confirmation to info@dlagoondiveresort.com. All transfer fees are the responsibility of the sender.
Should there be any shortfall due to exchange rate fluctuations or banking fees, the difference will be charged at the resort.
On-site payments can be made in cash (IDR, EUR, or USD – only clean, undamaged bills) or by credit card (VISA).
Medical Fitness
We recommend all guests consult a doctor before participating in physically demanding activities. For diving activities, a completed medical form is required, which we will provide upon booking. If you have any pre-existing medical conditions, a doctor’s certificate confirming fitness to dive is mandatory.
Dive Insurance All divers must hold valid dive insurance.
Safe Diving All divers are expected to follow standard safe diving practices. Dive computers are mandatory, and divers must stay within no-decompression limits at all times.
Snorkeling and Diving Equipment We offer a limited selection of rental dive and snorkel gear. To ensure availability, please inform us of your equipment needs and sizes as early as possible. Guests are responsible for any loss or damage to rented equipment. Charges may apply.
Taxes and Local Fees Our rates include taxes. There is no mandatory tourist fee or marine park fee.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance in case of cancellations or travel disruptions. All cancellations must be made in writing to info@dlagoondiveresort.com. Cancellation fees apply regardless of the reason for cancellation.
Individual Bookings
30% of full invoice amount for cancellation more than 30 days before arrival
95% of full invoice amount for cancellation made 30 days or less before arrival – no amount will be refunded
Group Bookings
20% for cancellation more than 90 days before arrival
50% for cancellations made between 61 and 89 days before arrival
95% for cancellation made 60 days or less before arrival – no amount will be refunded
If guests do not arrive as scheduled and no notice of late arrival is provided, the booking will be canceled after 24 hours with no refund. No refunds are given for early departures or unused services.
Bookings and packages are non-transferable. Unused portions of packages (e.g., dives or tours) will not be refunded.
Domestic Flights We can assist with booking domestic flights. A service fee of 20% applies to the total ticket price.
D’Lagoon Dive Resort assumes no responsibility for airline issues such as delays, cancellations, excess luggage fees, or schedule changes. Airline terms and conditions apply.
Transfers We provide scheduled airport transfers on designated arrival and departure days. Please notify us promptly of any changes to your travel plans so we can arrange transfers accordingly. See our website for details and rates.
Internet/WIFI Internet access is available for free in our public areas.
No Smoking Policy All indoor spaces including rooms, the restaurant, dive center, and boats are strictly non-smoking areas.
